Adams Rib Payment & Return Policies
We
hope your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one! Your credit card statement
will show you as being billed by "Adams Rib". Use
your BACK button to return to your checkout form. All prices are
US dollars. We accept Visa, Discover, American Express and Master Card
for all orders. We
also accept payment by check & money order for US orders only. Allow at least 10 days additional
shipping time if paying by check. Orders
not accepted from some foreign countries due to increased credit card fraud. Order Confirmation All orders submitted
online are immediately confirmed via email. You will be
e-mailed an invoice of your purchase(s) - including your total. If you do not receive an email confirmation, then you have either typed in your email address on the order form incorrectly, or your spam filter is preventing the email from entering your INBOX. Shipping All orders are
shipped by USPS or UPS. There is a base charge of $6.95 per order for shipping
and handling plus insurance within the United States. This
is estimated shipping. Actual shipping
may be higher depending on the package being sent to you. We do not charge inflated
shipping fees. No handling fees. Some foreign
orders not accepted. (you know who you are) In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours.
Out
of stock items or special order items take longer. (Special
order items are non-returnable) International
orders take an additional 5 to 14working days depending on the
country the order is going to. Our postal service no longer offers surface shipping, so all orders now go airmail. If you don't receive an e-mail confirmation from us it means that
we didn't receive your order, your spam blocker is refusing the email confirmation, or you typed your email address incorrectly on
the order form.
CUSTOMER
SERVICE - RETURN POLICY - DAMAGED ITEMS Products
must be in perfect condition (unless damaged during shipment to you) and in original packaging. All returns
must be placed within 14 days of receipt of purchase, and you must email
us for return authorization at info@stallionstation.com
Shipping
and Handling will not be refunded (unless it's a damaged item). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for
any credits to appear on your credit card statement. (If you paid by check,
we will mail you a check within 1-2 weeks after receiving your return.)
For your own protection,
insure all packages that you send us.1000 FIGURINES cannot credit you
for any packages that we do not receive. Special order items, the large figurines,
that are drop-shipped from another warehouse are non-returnable. Any items returned are subject to a
10 percent restocking fee, unless they are being returned due to damage. Shipping is not refundable unless returning damaged items. Any
discrepencies or errors in your order or amount charged
must be brought to our attention right after you receive
your shipment. Failure to contact us right away might result
in the error not being corrected. Damaged items must be reported immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier, replace your item, or refund your payment.
